Key Responsibilities:

• Develop an effective incentive system, roll out the same & attend to any deviations as and when required while collecting data, validating data and passing accurate incentive information to HR.

• Should conduct Yamazumi based on the given plan in order to identify critical areas for improvement, suggest solutions to improve efficiency and conduct training as and when required including calculation of Standard Minute Values (SMV) to required functions.

• Responsible to conduct time, method, and production studies in the allocated VSM and maintain appropriate records including videos to maintain SMV accuracy and enhance efficiency and productivity levels.

• Coordinate with the R&I team to adjust any deviations in the Spec consumption.

• Liaise with the teams, finalize methods and balance the critical path in order to meet the quick change

• over targets.

• Execute new process innovations through cost benefit and capacity saving to improve productivity whereby minimizing waste.

• Effectively coordinate with Team Leaders and Group Leaders to implement new standards and methods.

• Should work with the VSM team to improve productivity and quality.

• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A bachelors degree or equivalent professional qualification in Textile Engineering, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Sciences or Mathematics

• 3-4 Years of relevant industrial experience in a textile/garment manufacturing environment

• Sound analytical & problem-solving skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills
