Leading learning and growth initiatives:

  • Champion the development of competency-based learning and development programs to ensure return on training and development investments.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, incorporating advanced training methodologies and technologies.
  • Envision the future by establishing leadership development programs to nurture future leaders within.

HR Operations and Compliance:

  • Responsible for driving operational excellence of all HR processes, enhancing systems through the integration of advanced HR technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to human resources across different geographies.
  • Lead corporate social responsibility initiatives, aligning them with ethical standards and community engagement goals.

  1. Talent Management Excellence: Holds responsibility for implementing comprehensive talent management practices, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of top talent, thereby directly impacting competitiveness and talent sustainability.
  1. Learning and Development Initiatives: Accountable for leading the establishment and continuous improvement of learning and development programs, significantly enhancing employee skill sets and career progression opportunities in line with evolving business needs.

Operational Efficiency and Compliance: Responsible for maintaining the highest standards of HR operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards across different geographies, and effectively managing HR technology integration to support dynamic and diverse workforce.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; a master's degree or relevant professional certifications (such as SHRM or CIPD) is highly preferred.
  • Professional Experience: At least 15 years of HR experience with a proven track record in strategic HR leadership roles, preferably in technology-driven or digital services industries.

Knowledge

  • Industry Insights: Deep understanding of the IT and telecommunications industry, particularly in areas like digital transformation, cloud computing, AI, and cybersecurity.
  • HR Best Practices: Expert knowledge of modern HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements, with a strong focus on digital HR solutions and analytics.
