Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities related to AI implementation.

• Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements, data infrastructure, and existing AI capabilities.

• Design customized AI solutions tailored to meet client needs, utilizing machine learning, natural language processing and other AI techniques.

• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed AI solutions.

• Collaborate with engineers, and other stakeholders to implement AI algorithms and models.

• Provide guidance on data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training/validation processes.

• Advise clients on best practices for deploying AI systems in production environments and ensure scalability, reliability, and security.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI solutions, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement.

• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, tools, and trends, and share knowledge with clients and internal teams.

• Communicate complex technical concepts and recommendations effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., Master's) preferred.

• Proven experience (2+ years) in AI/ML engineering, data science, or related roles, with a track record of successfully delivering AI projects.

• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python.

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AI libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, NLTK).

• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques. Familiarity with Self-hosting.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and strategically.

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working as a consultant or advisor in AI strategy, implementation, or optimization.

• Knowledge of industry-specific applications of AI, such as manufacturing.

• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

• Certifications in AI, machine learning, or related fields (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer).

• Experience with data visualization for communicating insights derived from AI models.
