• Working Hours: 3AM to 12PM
• Working Days: first 6 months Onsite after confirmation hybrid

Requirements:

• 5+ years proven experience in Telco, ideally with experience in end-to-end IT system development projects for telco services.

5+ years proven experience as a business analyst working with product management and IT
system development team

• University degree qualification in IT, computer science, or Software Development
• Ability to span technical and operational aspects, including translation of business objectives
  and outcomes to technical elements.
• Proven track record in developing and completing product documentation, organizing all
  aspects of projects, managing risks, issues and conflicts with positive outcome for our business
  and our customers.
• Highly self-driven, achievement orientated with a can do attitude and strong ability in
  exercising sound judgement on areas of ambiguity.
• Team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively and
  build relationships with stakeholders of varying backgrounds and across various functions.

Responsibilities:

Lead stakeholder workshops to clearly identify customer pain points, business outcome,
solution design and decision making

• Provide clear information to guide delivery
  teams across different functions on their
  development scope.
• Lead data- driven analysis and performance
  metrics.
  

Develop and document business and system processes to provide full clarity to development teams and operations teams.

• Model/ map detailed business and system processes. 

• Sign- off from stakeholders.

Plan and execute project plans, onboard stakeholders in IT System development teams and
process owners to ensure alignment of business objectives and processes and readiness for
launch.

• Ensure stakeholders sign- off on end-to-end operational processes and collaborative delivery on a unified business objective.

• Plan, manage and execute project deliverables and milestones. 

• Manage risks, issues and conflicts with clear communications to stakeholders.
