  • Conduct initial phone screens and technical assessments to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 4-5 years or more in Technical/IT recruitment, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
