WE ARE HIRING: Tech Lead 

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end technical execution of data analytics projectsfrom planning and design to development, testing, deployment, and handover.
• Pre-Sales & Planning: Collaborate with architects, project managers and pre-sales teams to analyze requirements, estimate effort, and simulate project plans.
• Solution Design & Development: Guide development teams through solution building, object reviews, data integration, and unit testing aligned with business rules.
• Testing & Deployment Oversight: Drive performance testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution during the warranty period.
• Mentorship & Team Management: Mentor developers, ensure delivery milestones are met, and foster a high-performing team culture.
• Client Collaboration: Engage directly with clients across the delivery lifecycle, ensuring technical clarity, stakeholder satisfaction, and smooth handovers.

Qualifications:

1. A BSc or masters degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
2. Typically, 6+ years of experience in data analytics
3. More than one intermediate-level certification in data analytics.
4. Global and Cross-industry Experience: Experience working on analytics projects with global or across diverse industries.
5. Change Management Skills: Proven ability to drive organizational change related to the adoption of advanced analytics practices.
6. Strategic Partnerships: Experience in forming strategic partnerships with external organizations, research institutions, or industry experts.
7. Experience in playing the Tech lead's role in at least one medium-scale project or multiple small-scale projects.
8. Experience in handling the technical team in at least one medium-scale project or multiple small-scale projects.
9. Experience in handling the customer end-to-end in small-scale projects.
10. Proven track record in bringing innovative technological solutions for project-related tasks.
