Senior Executive - Student Enrollments

WE ARE HIRING: Senior Executive Student Recruitment

Location: Colombo

Working Days - Monday to Saturday

Working Time - Weekdays - 8am to 5pm and on Saturday - 8am to 1pm

Working Mode- On site

Key Responsibilities:

Enrollment Management

• Achieve or exceed enrollment targets across all allocated programs.
• Handle and distribute incoming leads from hotline, social media, Google, WhatsApp, and other channels to counselors on a rotational basis.
• Maintain and update accurate lead databases, walk-in inquiries, and other relevant records.

Reporting and Analysis

• Ensure data accuracy to enable timely generation of recruitment and enrollment reports.
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule outreach and marketing campaigns targeting prospective student audiences.

Events

• Ensure sufficient participant turnout for allocated events, open days, or information sessions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute event-related logistics and follow-ups.

Student Services

• Act as the main point of contact for student inquiries, complaints, and grievances.
• Coordinate with Academic Coordinators and internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery and an exceptional student experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Education, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or enrollment management, preferably in the higher education sector.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Knowledge of admissions and recruitment processes, enrollment strategy, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and student information systems.
