Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Business Analyst (Manager Level) to partner with the Group CEO and senior leadership. The role focuses on analyzing business performance, driving operational improvements, preparing executive-level reports, and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives across multiple industries and business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the Group CEO in analyzing business performance and identifying growth opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth research, financial, and operational analysis across multiple industries and business units.
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and dashboards for Board meeting reviews.
• Identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement across group operations.
• Support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives and special projects.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between the CEOs office and business unit leaders.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity in all business analysis work.

Skills & Experience Required

• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Masters or MBA preferred).
• Professional qualifications (fully or part-qualified) in CA or CIMA.
• 6-8 years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, or a similar strategic role.
• Experience working with or reporting to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent business acumen.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
