BC Technical Consultant

WE ARE HIRING: BC Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated from L1/L2 teams; work with functional consultants and infrastructure teams to close critical issues.

• Engage with clients to gather development-related business needs, assess feasibility, technical dependencies, and risks; break down requirements into technical design documents and collaborate with the functional team for scope definition.

• Provide detailed estimates for development CRs, document scope, risks, and dependencies, and create and manage DevOps work items through the delivery lifecycle.

• Execute full lifecycle of development CRs including development, automated testing, documentation, and deployments across environments; work closely with QA and functional teams to ensure timely and quality ticket closure.

• Audit environments and code to ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices; recommend performance optimizations and refactoring where applicable.

Requirements:

• Experience with full CR lifecycle in BC DevOps context.

• Ability to work closely with functional and client teams to convert user needs into technical deliverables.

• Strong estimation and documentation skills for client-facing outputs.

• 3-5 years of previous experience.
