National Sales Manager

WE ARE HIRING : National Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of short- and long-term operational plans aligned with company objectives and franchisor requirements.

• Oversee performance of all restaurants through Sales Managers, Area Managers, and Store/Outlet Managers to achieve KPIs in sales, profitability, people management, and guest satisfaction.

• Monitor and manage P&L performance, implement cost control measures, and drive EBITDA growth.

• Establish and uphold service and food quality standards to consistently exceed guest expectations.

• Ensure full compliance with food safety, health, labor, and franchisor operational standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, scalable operations and timely project delivery.

• Drive innovation in operational processes, technology adoption, and efficiency improvements.

• Lead operational readiness for new restaurant openings, remodels, and special projects.

• Represent the companys brand values internally and externally, ensuring alignment with culture, vision, and strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Sales, Hospitality, or a related field.

• Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in sales and multi-unit operations management, preferably in the food & beverage or retail sector.

• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing large teams and delivering business growth.

• Solid knowledge of P&L management, cost control, and operational excellence.

• Experience in handling compliance, food safety, and customer satisfaction standards.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.

• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive process improvement initiatives.

• Willingness to travel as required.
