WE ARE HIRING : Senior Finance Executive

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: ( 04:30am-01:30pm/ 05:30am-02:30pm).

Working method: Hybrid 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and classified.

  • Handle bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger entries.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.

  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with Australian tax regulations (BAS, GST, PAYG, Superannuation).

  • Manage end-to-end bookkeeping tasks using accounting software such as Xero and MYOB.

  • Assist in budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning.

  • Reconcile intercompany accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

  • Support external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.

  • Collaborate with accountants to prepare financial documentation for tax filings.

  • Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and internal controls.


Key Requirements

  • Senior Bookkeeper Experrience
  • Over 3 years Australian bookkeeping experience
  • Degree in Finance and Accounting
  • Qualifications in CIMA/CA/ACCA will be an added advantage
  • Working experience with XERO, MYOB accounting software
