WE ARE HIRING: Content Creation & Marketing Communications Executive


Specific responsibilities

Content Creation

• Create social media content (static, motion, video) tailored to audiences in Sri Lanka  and
• Cambodia 
• Write copy for posts, campaigns, and captions in both markets
• Research local content ideas and trends relevant to our audiences
• Develop creative blog content that supports SEO and storytelling
• Produce engaging short-form and long-form videos for multiple platforms
• Design sales-focused print materials for promotional use across both countries

Marketing Communications & Social Media

• Manage customer-focused social media interactions and messages
• Repost community content and monitor relevant hashtags
• Engage with our audience through comments, DMs, and stories
• Track and analyse social media trends and insights to guide future content
• Maintain visual and verbal brand consistency across all channels 

Core Business Support

• Assist with public relations content such as press releases and media kits
• Capture and create content for live events and company activities
• Support operations with design needs (signage, vehicle stickers, internal guides, etc.)

Must have:

• Proven experience in content creation (video, graphic, written)
• Strong design skills (Canva or Adobe Suite)
• Experience with Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Excellent English communication (Sinhala, Tamil, or Khmer is a bonus)
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Bonus: Familiarity with tourism or social impact brands
