Roles and Responsibilities

• Write and execute manual and automated tests
• Report and track defects using tools like JIRA
• Collaborate with developers, Business analysts, product managers, and UX designers
• Experience on Contentful, Zendesk, Cloudwatch, Prometheus, Grafana

Requirements:

• Able to work on US time zone
• 5+ years of QA or software testing experience
• Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Postman, or JMeter
• A Bachelors Degree in IT will be an added advantage
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
