WE ARE HIRING: Business Development Manager
Reporting to: AVP Business Transformation & Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Process Automation and AI solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, prospecting, solution presentation, negotiations, and deal closure.

  • Identify and onboard suitable partners to expand market reach in Sri Lanka and Maldives.

  • Manage and nurture existing partner relationships to ensure long-term collaboration.

  • Enable partners through training, resources, and support via technical teams.

  • Conduct client meetings to understand business processes, automation challenges, and AI needs.

  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations with the support of Pre-Sales/Technical teams.

  • Work with Pre-Sales and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and adoption.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for customer and partner acquisition and retention.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.

  • Oversee and manage the renewal pipeline of existing customers.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through ongoing engagement and support.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or professional qualifications such as CIMA, SLIM, CIM, CMA, etc.

  • 3 -5 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management, preferably within Automation, AI, SaaS, or cloud solutions.

  • Proven track record of selling Process Automation, AI-driven solutions, RPA, or similar enterprise solutions.

  • Strong understanding of RPA, AI-driven solutions, Workflow Automation, and Business Process Optimization.

  • Good command of English.

  • Strong market network and relationship-building skills.
