Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support growing financial operations within the home appliances / electronic items sector. This role focuses on accounting operations, reconciliations, reporting, budgeting, and inventory-related finance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle supplier payments, petty cash, and invoice processing
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
  
• Assist in preparing monthly Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets
• Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets and cash flow reports
  
• Maintain and update debtors and creditors ledgers, ensuring timely collections and payments
• Assist in import costing, LC / TT documentation, and inventory reconciliation
  
• Coordinate with auditors and support year-end audit activities
• Prepare management reports as required by management
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and internal controls

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or relevant field, or part qualification in CA / CIMA
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance
  
• Experience in trading, retail, appliances, electronics, or inventory-based businesses is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
• Good understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation procedures
  
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong time management and organizational skills
  
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
