Job Title: PHP Developer HR System Development

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated PHP Developer to design, develop, and implement a custom Human Resource Management System (HRMS) tailored to our organizational needs. The ideal candidate will have strong back-end development experience in PHP and be capable of building scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop a comprehensive HR system including modules for employee records, attendance, leave management, payroll, and performance tracking.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable PHP code.

Integrate third-party APIs and systems (e.g., payroll, email notifications).

Develop secure authentication and user role-based access.

Work closely with HR and management to gather requirements and implement custom features.

Maintain documentation for system architecture, configuration, and user manuals.

Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

Ensure data security, compliance, and system scalability.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a PHP Developer (minimum 3 years).

Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony.

Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Vue.js or React is a plus)

Solid understanding of MySQL or PostgreSQL databases.

Experience in building HR or ERP systems is a strong advantage.

Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Prior experience working on HRMS or enterprise systems.

Understanding of payroll compliance, leave policies, and data privacy laws.
