Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:
. Oversee end-to-end project planning and execution.
. Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff.
. Ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to safety and engineering standards. Provide technical expertise during
  installation and commissioning.
. Liaise with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. Drive departmental budgeting,
  financial performance, and cost optimization.

Requirements:
. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred). Chartered Engineer status (IESL or equivalent).
. 5+ years' experience in a similar leadership role.
. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
. Strategic thinker with financial acumen and project management expertise.
