Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in fashion design or textile technology or related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong Knowledge of garment construction, textiles, and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with Pattern making CAD systems and Adobe illustrator is required.
• Knowledge of MS excel is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends, customer requirements, and quality standards.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Be Self-motivated & have ability to grasp new concepts and ideas quickly.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Participate in style review meetings to gather customer requirements, suggest feasible bulk methods, and map out options.
• Agree on T&A, prepare the Operation Breakdown, and create the QFD for the style/customer.
• Prepare BOM and OB for all new styles from proto sample developments to pre-production samples, and share with IE & PDC teams.
• Create and maintain the style file, recording every event in the history sheet and ensuring the content is organized and clearly presented.
• Efficiently update the style tracker and sample room loading plan, manage urgent requests, ensure the T&A, and guarantee punctual sample handovers.
• Complete sample cut kit handover to the sample room bin, and provide detailed explanations to the sample operator on OB, comments, and quality points.
• Conduct product design meetings within 30 minutes, provide guidelines to pattern tech, finalize and update OB and BOM, list critical quality operations, and record risk analysis in the style file.
• Observe the mock up-making process step by step, evaluate samples, and continuously improve product quality.
• Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, merchandisers, IE, sample room, and production teams to ensure garments meet design and technical specifications.
• Ensure garments are produced to the correct specifications and quality standards.
• Provide technical support to the production team and maintain accurate records of the garment construction process and desired quality.
• Attend all required meetings conducted by the PDC, including PP meetings.
• Provide information for garment costing (YY).
• Perform duties within the 5S concept and kaizen improvements.
• Execute additional duties as required by management.
