Requirements:

• Proven +5 Years of experience in software development and team leadership
• Strong understanding of web technologies, programming languages, and software architecture
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
• Strategic thinking for developing technology strategies

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of projects
• Oversee development, testing, and maintenance of applications
• Mentor and guide developers, fostering collaboration
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality
• Collaborate with clients/project managers on scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Resolve technical challenges and ensure application stability
• Develop and implement technology strategies Lead programming efforts and optimize code
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate them into projects
