Requirements:

• An academic background with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or discipline.
• 3 years of experience in providing customer support for IFS ERP systems, preferably in a Supply chain domain.
• Strong knowledge of the IFS ERP software platform, including configuration, functionality, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues to provide effective solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

•  Provide customer support and troubleshooting assistance to clients in their use of the IFS ERP software platform in the Supply chain domain.
• Identify and analyze software issues and provide timely resolutions and workarounds to ensure minimal disruption to client operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and developers to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Document and maintain support processes and knowledgebase articles to assist in issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements of the IFS ERP software and provide recommendations to clients for system improvements.
