Position Overview

The Operations Intern will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our recruitment processes. This position offers a valuable learning experience and the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in the recruitment industry. The intern will assist with various administrative and operational tasks, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of candidate applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with both candidates and clients.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and recruiters or clients.

• Help maintain and update candidate and client databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.

• Assist in the preparation and organization of recruitment documentation

• Provide support in managing internal communications and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Help with special projects as needed, including market research, process documentation, and other operational tasks.

• Work closely with recruitment consultants and other team members and support operational needs

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .

• Familiarity with recruitment software or databases is a plus.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and team members.

• Good level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and documentation.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
