Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the industry with experience of bulk production, specializing in woven products.
• A degree/ Diploma or professional qualification in Marketing or Merchandising
• Strong negotiation and Analytical skills
• Would be an added advantage to complete a course related to Merchandising.
• Must be Reliable/Honest/Adaptable.
• Able to cope with pressure/Leadership/teamwork/Numerical & Analytical skills.
• Should have a pleasant personality
• Familiar with ERP systems like SAP

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain good relations with your Customers and Suppliers. You are responsible for Customer Service and company guidelines for communicating with customers and suppliers must be adhered to at all times.
• Managing bulk production from order placement to garment delivery.
• Follow up the production daily basis and push the factory to meet delivery on time.
• Manage sampling critical path and ensure planned sample delivery dates are achieved.
• Weekly Critical Path correspondence with the factory and customer Factory capacity allocation and management
