Requirements:

• A bachelors degree/Masters in Information Technology, Information Systems, or an equivalent qualification.

• 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar position responsible for defining and managing project scope, timelines, profitability, and effective delivery of products or services.

• PMI/PMP or CSM certification.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Proven experience working with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to drive Agile implementation across the organization and measure team adherence to Scrum principles.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of software engineering projects throughout the organization.

• Define clear project scopes, goals, and objectives that align with organizational strategies, product roadmaps, and technical requirements.

• Establish robust project governance structures, communication plans, and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and facilitate decision-making.

• Drive the implementation of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, across the organization.

• Measure and assess team adherence to Scrum principles and practices, and drive continuous improvement efforts in Agile implementation.

• Manage project budgets diligently, including accurate cost estimation, tracking, and financial reporting, while optimizing resource utilization.

• Conduct regular project status meetings, reviews, and presentations to keep stakeholders informed of project performance, risks, and mitigation strategies.

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project management processes, methodologies, and software engineering practices.
