Job Title : Tele Sales Executive (Industry : IT)

• Location : Colombo, Sri Lanka
  
• Working Days : Monday to Friday
• Work Hours : 9 am to 6 am (UK time)
  
• Work Type : Onsite

Key Responsibilities :

• Outbound Calling :
  1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services
  2. Clearly articulate the features and benefits of the offerings to generate interest
• Sales Pitch :
  1. Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of the customer
  2. Address customer concerns and objections effectively to encourage product/service acceptance
• Product Knowledge :
  1. Maintain a thorough understanding of the products or services being offered
  2. Stay updated on product enhancements, features, and industry trends
• Lead Generation :
  1. Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outreach and research
  2. Document customer information, including details of interactions and potential sales opportunities
• Sales Targets :
  1. Work towards achieving monthly or quarterly sales targets set by the organization
  2. Implement strategies to maximize sales and revenue
• Customer Relationship Management :
  1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  2. Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Follow-Up :
  1. Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer questions, and facilitate the sales process
  2. Keep track of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly

Requirements :

• Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
