• Work Hours: 7:30AM - 4:30PM with 1 hour break

• Working Days: Mon-Fri

REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualification in Marketing / Business Management / Accounting & Commerce would be an advantage
• Language English (Fluent)
• Experience Minimum 03-05 years of experience in a similar position
• Proven Sales and Marketing, Operations, and/or Accounting & Commercial experience in the automotive industry would be an advantage.
• SKILLS Positive attitude with Leadership skills, initiative, and a team player
• High interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Knowledge of international trade and process cycles and ERP is an advantage
• Reporting to general manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure timely and efficient shipment of vehicles by ensuring settlement of outstanding balances.
• Stock Management, and controlling the ageing of the debtors and inventory Payment Policies (Payment Terms) for the markets and customer categories are set and ensured to be followed by the Sales Team and Customers.
• The customer outstanding balances are collected timeously by lowering the Days of Sales Outstanding (DSO)Stock lead times are maintained at a reasonable level, in collaboration with the Customer Support Department (CSD) to enhance customer satisfaction Perform credit checks of new Customers, periodically or as and when necessary, such that the exposure of default is minimized.
• Any market conditions increasing the risk are to be analyzed and proactive measures are taken to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Team and evaluate customer ranking and categories in the Loyalty Scheme. Also, coordinate with the Marketing Team regarding communication and promotions.
• Assist with Customer disputes and resolutions.
• Set Customer Credit Limits and provide approval for purchases and Sales Invoice in instances when exceeding the Limits, or reject thereof
