Social Media Marketing Manager opportunity in garment industry

  • Location: Maharagama
  • Work Type: Onsite
  • Work Hours: 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM and every other Saturday half day from 8.30 AM to 1.30 PM
  • Working Days: Five week days and every other Saturday
  • Type of Appointment: Permanent

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related field with a minimum of 5 years of work experience.
  • A higher diploma in digital marketing will be an advantage.
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns with an eye for creativity.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in social media content development, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Manage social media ads to increase online sales, visibility, and engagement.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales targets.
  • Ensure proper stock management and product display in the showrooms.
  • Manage photo shoots, and create the content as per the social media plan.
  • Visits to showrooms to make improvements, and collect requirements and suggestions.
  • Build a strong relationship with banks for card promotions.
  • Ensure timely product upload on the website and align the digital marketing plan.
  • Explore export markets and overlook expansion.
  • Work with travel companies to ensure tourist traffic into the shops.
  • Create a vibrant buzz in the market to ensure steady footfall into the shops.
