- Working Hours: 8:00am to 5:30pm weekdays only
- Working Days: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle by sourcing and capacity planning in supply for the projected sales and existing production process.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual procurement plans and progress reports as required.
- Managing the inventory levels by keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Ensure effective lines of communication to ensure timely delivery to the customers to avoid costly delays, re work and lost opportunities.
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers to get the best price for the best fit goods and raw materials for our products locally and internationally.
- Identifying new suppliers who can supply quality goods for a competitive price.
- Manage the entire process to ensure effective functioning of imports by actively monitoring customs clearance, shipping and distribution of goods.
- Working together with finance team to avoid unnecessary costs such as demurrage etc.
- Optimizing the cost of warehouse & logistics department by initiating new plans.
- Ensure that the prices paid are in line with local market prices.
- Develop and manage the rosters of suppliers, supplier selection, and evaluation.
- Maintain and update procurement files including all relevant documentation.
- Training and developing the team to take more responsibilities and authority.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining company standards.
- Implement, manage and assist in special company projects when required.
- Keep management information confidential and provide information when required.
Requirements:
- Possess a degree in supply chain management or professional qualification in supply chain and logistics with minimum two years of exposure in the same capacity.
- Candidate with good PR skills and excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in communication both written and oral.
