The Job Role

• Develop and execute consolidation products in alignment with revenue and volume targets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
• Identify and target potential consolidation agents/networks, negotiate contracts, and build strategic partnerships to expand our market reach.
• Coordinate with carriers, feeders, co-loaders, and private CFS for related procurement activities to optimize operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement effective Standard SOPs for planning and executing consolidation services, ensuring consistency and quality in operations.
• Set up the product and establish competitive rates. Collaborate with internal sales teams to effectively sell the product to both direct shippers and co-loaders.
• Drive promotion of consolidation services throughout our network.
• Encourage reciprocal business volumes with co-loaders to foster mutually beneficial relationships.
• Build and maintain healthy relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Skills and Experienced Required

• 4+ years of experience in MCC/Consolidation services. Thorough knowledge of MCC/Consolidation concepts, methods, and techniques.
• Industry connectivity and established networks.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability in networking and relationship building.
• Proficiency in computer and communication skills
