Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving initiative to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that ensures the company meets or exceeds its revenue goals.
  • Drive business development focused on expansion growth with our existing enterprise customers and target similar companies.
  • Develop and lead the sales team to increase revenue and adapt to delivering against demanding objectives.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to align strategy with revenue growth.
  • Set direction for revenue strategy, establish key performance indicators to measure success, and ensure global alignment of all revenue operations.
  • Be an energetic and charismatic leader working collaboratively while inspiring your team to success.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience implementing successful revenue and sales operations strategies in enterprise software sales. Preferably in the U.S. market.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Proficient understanding of potential revenue streams and expertise in recognizing prospects within untapped markets.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Thrive in coaching and enabling your team.
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
