Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals
• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to ensure sales targets are met
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Prepare and deliver sales reports to senior management
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales and marketing campaigns
• Manage sales pipeline and forecast sales revenue
• Coach and mentor sales team members to improve sales skills and performance
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue goals
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
