Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement effective marketing strategies for an assigned lending product.
• Achieve disbursement targets across new, unregistered, and registered product categories.
• Organize and execute sales promotion campaigns on a regional and branch level.
• Identify staffing requirements and assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.
• Achieve and maintain recovery targets while ensuring proactive follow-up to minimize product-related risks.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales and Marketing within the automotive financing industry.
  
• Strong understanding of light truck financing products and market trends.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive sales targets and implement effective marketing strategies.
