WE ARE HIRING :Business Development Manager Workplace & Mail (Zoho)
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
-
Identify and develop new business opportunities for Workplace and E-mail solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
-
Lead end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, prospecting, solution presentation, negotiations, and deal closure.
Partner Management & Engagement
-
Identify and onboard suitable partners to expand market reach.
-
Manage and nurture partner relationships for long-term collaboration.
-
Enable partners through training, resources, and ongoing technical support.
Solution Consulting & Client Engagement
-
Conduct client meetings to understand their business challenges and recommend suitable Workplace and E-mail solutions.
-
Deliver product demonstrations and presentations with Pre-Sales/Technical teams.
Market Research & Strategy
-
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive customer and partner acquisition and retention.
-
Collaborate with marketing teams on targeted campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Account Management & Customer Success
-
Oversee and manage the renewal pipeline of existing customers to ensure sustained partnerships.
-
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in selling Workplace, E-mail, or E-mail Security solutions such as Zoho, Microsoft O365, or Google Workspace.

Experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management, preferably in SaaS or cloud solutions.
-
Proven sales track record with digital workspace or related enterprise solutions.
-
Strong command of English.

Well-connected network in the market.
