Business Development Manager - Data Center Modernization
Key Responsibilities:

Understand and evaluate customer needs and build strong executive-level relationships.

Influence long-term strategic direction and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for data center modernization services, including cloud migration, hybrid IT, infrastructure upgrades, and software-defined technologies.

Formulate and implement quarterly sales acquisition plans.
-
Provide regular insights and reports on sales performance.
-
Lead or support the preparation of RFPs, proposals, and participate in pricing negotiations.
-
Collaborate with technical and sales teams to drive enterprise-level transformation and revenue growth.

Establish strong networks in the market to support client acquisition and business expansion.
Requirements:

3 - 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the technology sector.

Full or part qualification in CIM and/or SLIM.
-
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel and analytical tools.
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-
Proven track record in sales with sound knowledge of the market.
-
Ability to operate flexibly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong command of English.
