Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in BPO finance-related services (minimum 5-7 years)
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of finance & accounting operations and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence key decision-makers
• Ability to understand customer needs and customize solutions accordingly
• Highly motivated with a results-orientated approach and the ability to work independently
  Strong negotiation and closing skills

Job Role

• Promote BPO Finance Services to potential clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at various organizations to introduce and position our finance outsourcing solutions
• Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of finance-related services, including real-time financial reporting, tax planning, working capital optimization, and more Understand client needs and customize proposals to meet specific financial and operational challenges
  technologies and innovative solutions
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to expand client base
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth handover to the delivery team
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
  Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
