WE ARE HIRING: Transport Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and updates
Communicate with drivers to monitor delivery status and ensure timely execution
Handle documentation related to transport operations, including gate passes and delivery notes
Plan and supervise daily transport activities for smooth logistics operations
Coordinate with external transport service providers to arrange additional fleet support when needed
Ensure compliance with transport safety standards and company policies
Maintain accurate records of transport activities and report regularly to management
Resolve delivery-related issues efficiently and proactively

REQUIREMENTS:

2- 5 years of experience in a similar role in transport/logistics coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of transport documentation and operational procedures
Ability to manage internal teams and third-party fleet providers
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Familiarity with logistics software/tools is an added advantage
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
