WE ARE HIRING: Senior Operations Engineer


Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle Level 2 and Level 3 technical support escalations.
• Troubleshoot complex system, network, and application issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
• Lead and execute client implementations of IT solutions (software, cloud, infrastructure).
• Customize and configure systems based on business and technical requirements.
• Integrate systems using APIs, middleware, or custom scripts.
• Collaborate directly with clients during onboarding and post-deployment phases.
• Conduct technical training sessions for users and internal teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge bases.
• Establish and enforce support best practices and operational workflows.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.
• Ensure security, compliance, and data protection in deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, development, QA, and project management.
• Participate in pre-sales discussions and provide technical input as needed.
