WE ARE HIRING: Brand Strategist
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve brand positioning, tone of voice, visual identity, and messaging in alignment with company values and audience connection.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience profiling to inform strategic direction.
- Collaborate with founders, marketing, and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Support or lead development of brand assets such as pitch decks, social media content, campaigns, packaging, and website copy.
- Conceptualize and guide creative campaigns (digital, social, content) to bring the brand to life and drive awareness or growth.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines, educating internal teams and collaborators on proper usage.
- Monitor brand performance and audience feedback to adapt messaging or tactics as needed.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or communications, preferably in a startup or creative environment.
- Strong storytelling and writing skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset comfortable with content creation, presentations, social media, and creative ideation.
- Ability to balance long-term brand vision with immediate tactical needs.
- Basic familiarity with creative tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite is a plus.
