Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and timely execution

• Manage and coordinate with internal teams to maintain operational efficiency

• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize operational workflows

• Drive business development initiatives to expand service reach and client base

• Lead and manage operational staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to company standards

• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports on operational performance for management review

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments for resource planning and timely deliveries

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and operational protocols

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience in logistics and warehouse operations

• Demonstrated experience in business development and client relationship management

• Proven ability in leading and managing teams

• Age between 28 to 38 years

• A Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to work full-time on a permanent basis

• Must be comfortable with company-provided bike and fuel benefits for work-related travel
