Junior developer (Power Automate/App)

WE ARE HIRING:  Junior developer (Power Automate/App)

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize workflows using Power Automate and build applications with Power Apps

• Assist in delivering solutions for banking-related projects (e.g., reconciliations, billing systems)

• Work on client projects from the banking industry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions within the Power Platform

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Automate and Power Apps implementations

• Collaborate with project teams to integrate solutions with existing systems

• Maintain thorough documentation of workflows, processes, and custom solutions

• Provide regular updates to the Manager based in Sri Lanka

• Work remotely, aligning with Qatar or UAE time zones (8:30 AM5:00 PM or 9:00 AM6:00 PM, MonFri)

• Be open to traveling to Qatar or UAE depending on project assignment

• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks while maintaining quality and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working on banking projects (reconciliations, billing systems, etc.)

• Experience in projects for clients in the banking industry is acceptable

• Power Automate/App certification is mandatory

• Strong hands-on skills in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate & Power Apps)

• Ability to understand and interpret business requirements into technical solutions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Willingness to travel internationally (Qatar or UAE) if required

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Flexibility to work Qatar/UAE time zone hours
