WE ARE HIRING :Team Lead

Location:  Qatar/UAE
Working Method : Remote 
Working Hours: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
Working Days: Monday - Friday

Experience: 4+ Years (including 2+ years in leadership roles)
Travel: May be required to travel to Qatar or UAE based on project allocation

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate flows and Power Apps to support banking-related automation projects.

• Lead and mentor junior developers while contributing to solution design and architecture.

• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and project managers to deliver process automation solutions that align with client needs.

• Ensure solutions adhere to banking compliance standards, security protocols, and technical documentation.

• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of automation workflows.

• Provide regular status updates and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.

• Flexibility to work on projects based in Qatar or UAE, including occasional travel as needed.

Requirements:

• Power Automate/App certification Mandatory.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in automation and app development, specifically within banking and finance domains.

• At least 2 years of team leadership experience in similar projects.

• Demonstrated expertise in reconciliation systems, billing platforms, and workflow automation.

• Strong understanding of Power Platform tools and Microsoft ecosystem integration.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Must be available to work remotely in the Qatar/UAE time zone (9 AM 5 PM).

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience working with clients in the Middle East region.

• Familiarity with banking regulatory environments in Qatar or UAE.
