WE ARE HIRING: Sales Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking  dynamic and results-driven Sales Professionals to join our Logistics & Shipping division. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, generating new business, and promoting a range of shipping and logistics services, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and transportation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

  • Promote and sell logistics solutions (sea/air freight, transportation, customs clearance, etc.).

  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals based on client requirements.

Account Management

  • Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Resolve client issues efficiently and maintain service excellence.

Sales Strategy & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to management.

Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with operations, documentation, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

  • Coordinate with overseas agents and shipping lines for competitive pricing and service options.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • Experience:

    • Executive Level: 1 - 2 years in logistics or shipping sales

    • Senior Executive/AM Level: 3 - 5 years of experience

    • Manager Level: 5+ years with a proven sales leadership track record

  • Strong understanding of freight forwarding, shipping, and logistics processes.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Valid drivers license (preferred).
