Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end AI and Data Science solutions ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Design AI/ML infrastructures including data pipelines, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Translate business needs into AI strategies and technical solutions.
• Lead the AI model lifecycle covering design, development, deployment, and MLOps.
• Implement MLOps practices such as CI/CD, versioning, reproducibility, and governance.
• Collaborate with data engineers, ML practitioners, and domain experts to align solutions with business goals.
• Ensure all AI solutions meet regulatory, ethical, and data privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in the tech industry, with at least 8 years in AI & Data Science roles.
• Experience in senior roles like AI & DS Architect or Senior Tech Lead AI/ML.
• Background in the financial services sector is a distinct advantage.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale projects involving AI system integration.

Technical Competencies

• Programming: Python, Scala, Java
• AI/ML Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• MLOps Tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Airflow
• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, GCP, Azure, internal DC platforms
• Data Engineering: Apache Spark, Kafka, SQL, BigQuery, Snowflake
• DevOps & Infra Automation: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
• Governance & Ethics: Model cards, Explainable AI (XAI), differential privacy
