Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations while supporting our international retail and B2B operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong operations management background with expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee three factories, ensuring smooth operations, efficiency, and quality control.
• Manage factory setups and establish best practices.
• Support international retail and B2B teams, improving systems, processes, and supply chain efficiency.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
• Implement lean manufacturing, process improvements, and automation to enhance production efficiency.
• Streamline raw material procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
• Manage operational budgets, monitor costs, and drive profitability improvements.
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and rubber collection teams to maintain product standards.
• Ensure compliance with local and international manufacturing standards, environmental regulations, and sustainability initiatives.
• Lead and mentor factory managers and department heads, fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in senior operations or manufacturing leadership roles.
• Experience in latex, textile, or rubber-based manufacturing is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong background in overseeing fast-paced operations and performance management.
• Experience in process optimization and managing diverse teams.
• Familiarity with end-to-end supply chain processes, inventory control, procurement, and distribution management.
• Experience supporting international business functions, especially in retail e-commerce or B2B operations, is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
