Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive brand awareness and business growth.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer insights, market trends, competitor activity, and brand expansion opportunities.
  • Brand Positioning: Define and maintain consistent brand positioning across all marketing channels.
  • Brand Identity Management: Oversee brand identity management, ensuring all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
  • Campaign Design & Execution: Design and execute effective ATL, BTL, and Digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • New Product Development: Lead and manage new product development processes, ensuring successful campaign execution.
  • Promotions Management: Plan and evaluate consumer promotions to drive brand engagement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and develop competitive trade plans.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key principals and stakeholders, proactively addressing market shifts.
  • Integrated Marketing: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Budget Management: Establish and manage the brand budget, collaborating with sales and trade marketing teams on channel development programs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree or professional qualification in Sales & Marketing from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field.
  • Campaign Execution: Proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Team Management: Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Digital Marketing: Proficiency in digital marketing, market research, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and strong analytical skills.
  • Creativity: Creative thinking and a passion for branding and consumer behavior.
