What You'll Do

• Develop and manage sales operations and processes across multiple direct sales teams and business partners nationwide, ensuring channel profitability.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company and provide strategic direction.
• Drive business development for assigned direct channels and identify new channel opportunities.
• Lead, motivate, and manage experienced channel heads and business partners.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong understanding of the telecom industry and/or specific sub-verticals.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with large teams.
• Degree or Diploma in Sales/Marketing from a reputed institution, preferably SLIM/CIM.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in a management-grade position handling direct sales staff and business partners in telecom or FMCG, with a total of 10 years of sales experience.
• High level of integrity, leadership skills, and the ability to train and manage junior staff.
