Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and implement a global HR strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design workforce strategies, including succession planning and leadership development.

2. Talent Acquisition and Development:

  • Lead the recruitment process in partnership with department heads to meet staffing needs.
  • Design and manage training programs that support professional growth and align with organizational goals.

3. Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all regions.
  • Regularly update HR policies to reflect changes in legislation and industry standards.
  • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

4. Employee Engagement and Relations:

  • Develop initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, morale, and retention.
  • Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts with professionalism and discretion.

5. HR Operations and Reporting:

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience.
  • Monitor key HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Professional HR certifications like CIPM are an advantage).
  • 7+ years of experience in an HR role, with proven leadership abilities.
  • Strong understanding of Sri Lankan labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to handle employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
