Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and administration of IT systems across the business.
• Manage and deliver IT projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Maintain technical currency by overseeing system upgrades and enhancements.
• Coordinate cross-functional IT support and conduct training sessions for stakeholders.
• Define and optimize system and network operations processes.
• Oversee third-party service providers, including hiring, performance management, and compliance.
• Manage IT budgets and negotiate with vendors to maintain cost-effective services.
• Develop and implement strategic IT plans aligned with industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading teams, managing change, and delivering business-focused IT solutions.
• Strong project management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and business applications.
• Sound understanding of networking concepts.
• Skilled in diagnosing hardware/software issues with minimal business disruption.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration across departments.
