Job Overview
Were looking for a skilled and creative Technical Designer Intimates to join a world-class apparel sourcing and manufacturing team. This role involves developing seasonal design concepts, creating technical packages, and ensuring product quality through fittings and collaboration with global partners. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, pattern-making skills, and a passion for innovation in intimate apparel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop seasonal design concepts aligned with brand identity and market trends.
• Create detailed technical sketches, specifications, and patterns for intimates.
• Collaborate with designers to translate creative concepts into technical designs.
• Conduct fittings and make adjustments to ensure optimal fit and comfort.
• Maintain accurate technical packages including measurements and construction details.
• Communicate with overseas manufacturers and suppliers for precise execution.
• Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot production issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and apply best practices to improve product quality.
• Participate in online fit sessions and perform fit corrections as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Fashion Design or related field (Masters degree is a plus).
• 3 - 5 years of experience in technical design for intimates, preferably in leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work USA hours as required.
