Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Sales cum Logistics Coordinator to support our sales operations and assist in managing logistics activities. This is an onsite role based in, Abu Dhabi, Dubai and the ideal candidate must have experience in sales coordination, documentation, and basic logistics handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and handle sales-related documentation such as quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.

• Coordinate logistics operations including order dispatch, shipping schedules, and follow-up with transport teams.

• Liaise with customers to confirm orders and update delivery status.

• Maintain records of sales and logistics transactions.

• Assist the sales team with day-to-day coordination and customer service tasks.

• Ensure proper documentation for customs and shipping (BLs, packing lists, etc.).

Requirements:

• Minimum 13 years of experience in Sales Coordination and/or Logistics.

• Experience in the trading or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with shipping and logistics documentation.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Must be currently in the UAE.

• Willingness to stay at the company accommodation
