Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven professional to take on the role of Head of Admin & HR. Reporting directly to the General Manager (GM), this role requires a dynamic leader to oversee day-to-day administrative and HR functions for a workforce of approximately 75 employees. The selected candidate will also act as the Secretary to the Managing Director (MD) and will have a dedicated support team to assist in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all administrative and HR functions efficiently.
Ensure smooth daily operations by addressing HR & admin-related issues.
Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Assist the Managing Director (MD) as a Secretary, handling correspondence, scheduling, and documentation.
Collaborate with department heads to improve workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Ensure timely payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in Administration or HR.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in HR, Business Management, or Administration.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
